About half of everything we write uses the same 100 words: "the", "and", "you", "that", "with" and friends. If those become automatic, your speed jumps. Today's practice repeats them in varied order so your fingers learn them as whole shapes rather than letter by letter.
Tips for today
- Try to see each short word as one movement, not three separate letters.
- Keep your eyes one word ahead of your fingers.
Common mistake
Typing "teh" for "the". Slow down on the words you know best; they are the easiest to fumble.
