Working through all five takes roughly fifteen minutes. Doing that on most days will move your speed further than one long session at the weekend.
Why a fixed routine helps
Left to ourselves, most of us repeat what we are already good at. A fixed routine forces the uncomfortable parts - numbers, punctuation, sustained paragraphs - into every session, which is where the improvement actually comes from.
If you want a routine tailored to your own speed and target, use the practice plan generator instead.
