Characters that need Shift

On a US English keyboard some printable characters already need Shift. Where that matters, the shortcut page says so. The shortcut itself is unchanged.

Function keys

Number row and numeric keypad

A digit in a shortcut means the number row above the letters unless the page says otherwise. The numeric keypad sends different codes.
