Most people call this health information a paramedic can read without your passcode.
Medical ID holds conditions, allergies, medications, blood type and emergency contacts, and can be read from the Lock Screen without unlocking the phone.

Show When Locked makes it reachable from the emergency call screen. Emergency contacts listed here are the ones notified by Emergency SOS and Crash Detection.
