Sleep schedule
Most people call this bedtime, wake time and the wind down period.
Your sleep schedule lives in the Health app and drives Sleep Focus, the wake up alarm and the wind down period before bed.
This setting is present on your iPhone.

What it does
Different schedules can be set for different days. Wind Down starts Sleep Focus early and can simplify the Lock Screen. The wake alarm is separate from ordinary alarms in the Clock app.
What changes
When it is on
Sleep Focus and the wake alarm follow the schedule.
When it is off
No automatic sleep behaviour.
Should you turn it on?
Good reasons to turn it on
- The phone quietens itself without you remembering.
- Sleep tracking data collects automatically with a Watch.
Good reasons to turn it off
- An irregular schedule makes it more annoying than useful.
- Wind Down starting early catches you mid task.
