You can set larger text, bolder text, reduced motion, button shapes and more for one app without changing the rest of the system.
This setting is present on your iPhone.

What it does
Add an app, then adjust its own values for text size, contrast, motion, transparency, smart invert and several other display settings.
What changes
When it is on
The chosen app uses its own settings.
When it is off
Every app follows the system settings.
Should you turn it on?
Good reasons to turn it on
- Bigger text only where you need it.
- Reduced motion in one badly behaved app.
- Keeps the rest of the system as you like it.
Good reasons to turn it off
- Easy to forget you set it and then blame the app.
- Not every app respects every setting.

Questions people actually ask
- Can I make text bigger in only one app?
- Yes. Accessibility, then Per-App Settings, add the app, then set Larger Text for it.
If it is not working
- If one app looks wrong, check whether it has a per app override here.
- Apps that do not use Dynamic Type will ignore the text size value.
